1️⃣ Begin juggling, after a few touches kick the ball above your head (about a foot or two higher)

2️⃣ Wait until the ball falls close to head height, then quickly drop down and extend your arms out to catch the ball on the back of your neck

Balance is the key! Toe taps are great for keeping your heart rate up while working on balance. Start at your own pace and speed up once you get the hang of it.
•
1️⃣ Touch the top of the ball with the sole of your foot.
•
2️⃣ The ball should stay in the same spot. Use your arms for balance.
•
3️⃣ Switch feet after each touch.
•

Get a jump start on next season by improving you ball mastery skills!
•
1️⃣ Bring your foot from the inside of the ball to the outside of the ball as shown in the video.
•
2️⃣ Start by practicing without music first until you get a good rhythm
•
3️⃣ Once you can consistently practice with a rhythm, pick your favorite song and send us the video of you scissor stepping to it!
•

What is the difference between a step over and scissors?
•
A Step-Over is when you bring your foot from the outside of the ball to the inside the ball and after this, it usually results in pushing of the ball with your outside of your foot.
•
A Scissor is when you bring your foot from the inside of the ball to the outside of the ball.
•

Get a jump start on next season by improving you ball mastery skills!

1️⃣ Lay flat on your back and raise your legs so they are in approx. a 90 degree angle, and stick your arms straight up in the air
.
2️⃣ Simultaneously lower opposing limbs (right arm/left leg) in a controlled manor
.
3️⃣ Then raise them back to the starting position, once they are back at this point, repeat the process on the other side
.

1️⃣ Begin juggling (attempt to keep it around knee height with little to no spin)
2️⃣Using your dominant foot, gently kick the ball up and bring your leg around the ball all in one motion, catching it with the same foot
3️⃣ Foot pattern: R,R or L,L
